I want to vary the cash/equity split from 50/50 to 60% cash to 40% converted to equity, is this possible?

• The split of cash vs equity as payment is negotiable. The 50/50 cash/equity split are just starting figures. As the cash figure gets nearer 0% and the equity split nears 100% I will be less interested.

Will you sign an NDA?

• No. I won't limit myself or other ventures I work with. In any case an NDA may not be as worthwhile as you hope.

I don't have any cash, will you accept equity only?

• No. If your idea isn't good enough for you to find your own cash from savings/credit-card/loan/overdraft/mortgage/friends/family then you haven't put up enough to convince me that you won't give up tomorrow.

Are you a self-certified Sophisticated Investor?

• No

Will you invest in my startup?

• No, I'm not a self-certified Sophisticated Investor and don't represent Angels or VC's
